1. General Refund Policy
At CyberCraft, we want you to be fully satisfied with our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. However, this guarantee is subject to fair use conditions to protect against fraud and service abuse.
2. Eligibility for a Refund To qualify for a full refund within the 30-day window, your request must meet the following fair use criteria:
- Technical Failure: You have experienced a reproducible technical issue that prevents you from using the software as advertised, and our support team has been unable to resolve it.
- Low Usage: You have not consumed a significant portion of your account limits (e.g., API calls, generation credits, or data exports). If our system logs indicate that you have fully utilized the software’s core features for a project or campaign before requesting a refund, the request will be denied.
3. Non-Refundable Cases We reserve the right to decline a refund request in the following scenarios:
- You have extensively used the product and simply changed your mind.
- You are requesting a refund for a subscription renewal payment (the 30-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase only).
- The 30-day guarantee period has already expired.
- Your account was terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email our support team at support@cybercraftit.com with:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (including details of any technical issues).
5. Refund Processing Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Once our team approves your refund based on the conditions above, we will coordinate with Paddle to process it securely. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
